Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Policy

Nel Gunnar LLC offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

• Item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
• Item is in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation
• Item is not on the non-returnable list (see below)
• Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery date
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used cleaning solutions and fluids
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
• Products damaged by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Return Process

• Step 1: Email support@vinylvaultle.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
• Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping address within 1-2 business days.
• Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RA number and receipt.
• Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or incorrect items: Nel Gunnar LLC covers return shipping costs.
• Buyer's remorse: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges: Non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns of large furniture or shelving items. This fee is waived for defective or incorrect items.
