1. Warranty Coverage

All VinylVault products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects (cracks, splits, warping)
• Defective hardware (hinges, latches, handles)
• Finish defects (peeling, chipping not caused by misuse)
• Structural failure under normal load
• Electronic component failure (LED strips, clocks)

3. What Is Not Covered

• Damage from misuse or improper care
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper assembly or installation
• Shipping damage (file claim with carrier)
• Modifications by unauthorized parties

4. Warranty Claim Process

• Email support@vinylvaultle.com with order number and defect description
• Include clear photos of the defect
• We review within 3-5 business days
• If approved, replacement or refund issued

5. Remedies

At our discretion: replace the defective product, issue full refund, or provide store credit.
