Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.

• Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $50. Delivery in 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS.
• Flat Rate Shipping: $7.99 for orders under $50. Delivery in 3-5 business days.
• Express Shipping: $14.99. Delivery in 2-3 business days.
• Overnight Shipping: $29.99. Delivery next business day if ordered before 12 PM MT.

PO Box & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow additional delivery time for military addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, Nel Gunnar LLC only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Cancellation
